LinkGather WordPressPlugin from TechyGeeksHome



This WordPress plugin will allow you to export the web addresses for all your blogs articles in Google Spreadsheets format.

You can get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the link below:

When you have activated the plugin, you can start using it.

Walkthrough


A new tab on the options side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available to you:

Clicking on the Home option, this will go to the plugins homepage which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links offering to move you to the page that will show all of your blogs published posts’ links. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URL's in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how read more many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL's table, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URLs you have.

You then also LinkGather WordPress Plugin have the option to download the posts in CSV design.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of showing back published posts, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URL's


The option for JetPack URLs is again exactly the same instructions click here as those above, however, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those JetPack Links that it has gathered:
